How long have you been in business?

We have been incorporated and operating as a full-time business since March '04.


Do you shoot in HD?

Yes, we use Canon DSLR cameras and lenses to capture footage.


Are you insured?

Yes, we have a $1M dollar liability insurance binder that some venues require, as well as professional liability insurance.


Do you have travel fees?

There are no travel fees for events that take place from Miami to Orlando. We do charge a $250 travel fee for any event south of Miami and north of Orlando or on the west coast of FL.


Do we get to pick the music for the vignettes?

Yes, we prefer couples pick their songs, because you know what you like:) We will offer suggestions if you can't think of one or like a genre but need help with a song.


Do you use wireless mics for the ceremony?

Yes, we do use a wireless lapel mic on the groom. That mic will pick up everyone in a six foot radius.


Are there hour restrictions with your packages?

Yes, see packages for listed hours. Additional hours can be added for $150 per hour.


What is the turnaround time on the video?

The turnaround time is 12 weeks providing we have everything from the client such as songs, pics, template choices, etc...


What do we have to do to reserve our date?

We require a 50% deposit, with the balance due at the rehearsal or the wedding day.


What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check , credit cards, style="font-size: large;"and PayPal.


Can I purchase additional copies?

Yes, we offer additional copies for $25 each, and $40 for Blu-Ray and they will be shipped to the person who ordered them.


Do you do photography as well?

No, we only do videography, but we highly recommend several photographers. Their contact information can be found on our 'Vendors' page.


Do you have back up staff and/or equipment in the event of an emergency?

Yes, we do have experienced videographers as back-ups, and we do have back-up cameras, and on-camera lighting as well.
